SAMUEL AVENUE WILL BE RECONSTRUCTED AS PART OF THE SAMUEL AVENUE DEVELOPMENT
As part of the Samuel Avenue Development in Peoria Heights, The Kim Group worked with the Village of Peoria Heights to form a public-private partnership to reconstruction Samuel Avenue from Prospect to Constantine in order to provide a unique one of a kind experience within the Village of Peoria Heights.
The Samuel Avenue Reconstruction includes:
- Reconstruction of Samuel Avenue and all alleys as outlined in red in the map above.
- Sidewalks on both sides of the street.
- Streetlights along the new sidewalks.
- New infrastructure.
- Electrical overhead lines taken underground.
